Scope

These Terms and Conditions cover use of the MasterCard^® Priceless Cinema site relating to the provision and purchase of all items.

Definitions

"Conditions" means these terms and conditions;
"Online Sales" means sales of Goods and Services conducted through the Website;
"Good/goods" means Goods displayed for sale on the Website;
"Service/services" means the MasterCard Priceless Cinema benefits provided by Us;
"Third party/parties" means the providers of Goods and Services available by way of the Service;
"Users" means the users of the Website collectively;
"User Information" means the details provided by You on any application to buy Goods or Services from Us via the Website;
"We/us/our" refers at all times to P&MM Limited;

6. Force Majeure

Once an offer has been redeemed, P&MM shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligation if caused by adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riot, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
